Overview

This website is operated by Livara Studio. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Livara Studio. Livara Studio offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.


Section 20 - Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs; Livara Studio does not cover return or exchange shipping under any circumstances.

  • Conditions: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Worn, washed, used, or customer-damaged products will not qualify for a refund.

  • Process: You must email hi@livarastudioco.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before shipping the item back.

Section 21 - Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

  • If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

  • If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Section 22 - Order Shipment

If your order is in stock, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please follow up at hi@livarastudioco.com.

Section 23 - Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to hi@livarastudioco.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Section 24 - Cancellations

  • Within 24 Hours: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed.

  • After 24 Hours: All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee.

  • Shipped Orders: If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. You must receive the item and initiate a standard return, being responsible for all return shipping charges. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
